Lirik Lagu Super Junior - Keep In Touch Keep in touch never wanna say goodbye wanna say you keep in touch don't no wanna say you keep in touch never wanna sayMANILA, Philippines – Can you name 5 Super Junior tracks in 5 seconds? It’s a piece of cake if you’re a true pearl sapphire blue ELF but if you’re new to the fandom, you might find it a little challenging. READ Beginner’s guide Things you need to know about Super Junior Since making their debut on November 6, 2005, South Korean boy band Super Junior has released a total of 8 studio albums and one special album, as well as numerous singles, repackaged albums, live concert albums, and other unofficial releases. They’ve also participated in drama OSTs and compilation albums, spun off into five subgroups – T, M, H, and D&E – and has seen lead vocalists Yesung, Ryeowook, and Kyuhyun debut as solo artists. Needless to say, Super Junior’s discography is diverse and boasts of songs ranging from catchy dance tracks and heartfelt ballads to lively Latino- and jazz-infused numbers and everything in between, sang not only in Korean but also in Japanese and Chinese. So, where to begin? Below, we’ve handpicked 10 Super Junior hits that we think you should give a listen to “TWINS Knock Out” When Super Junior debuted, they were a 12-member rotational group called Super Junior 05. The rap-rock number “TWINS Knock Out” was their debut song, a cover of British group Triple 8’s “Knockout,” with Korean lyrics penned by renowned Korean singer-songwriter and producer Yoo Youngjin, who would eventually write many of Super Junior’s and other fellow SM Entertainment acts’ biggest hits. “Miracle” Super Junior’s LSS-inducing bubblegum pop dance track was also from the group’s debut album. To date, “Miracle” remains one of Super Junior’s most well-loved songs. “U” “U” was the title of both the single and song that marked Super Junior’s debut as a permanent 13-member group. It was also their first critical success as it nabbed consecutive 1 spots on Korea’s top music programs as well as awards from annual music award ceremonies. “Don’t Don” “Don’t Don” was the title track of Super Junior’s second studio album. It’s an R&B/rock song – or SMP, a term coined by Super Junior’s label SM Entertainment to describe a genre that combines rock, R&B, and hip-hop – that features heavy beats and a violin solo by now former Super Junior-M subgroup member Henry. “Sorry, Sorry” Who doesn’t know “Sorry, Sorry”? It was, after all, what put Super Junior on the world map. With its infectious heavy electronic beats and funky vibe, it made waves and dominated charts in Korea and around the globe. At the time of its release, practically every radio station and music show had it on heavy rotation. The Cebu Dancing Inmates even once famously made a dance cover! “Sorry, Sorry” is definitely Super Junior’s defining track — and a K-pop essential. “Bonamana” “Bonamana,” which carries the arguably better sounding Korean title “Miina” beauty, was Super Junior’s follow-up to “Sorry, Sorry.” Another composition by Yoo, this song has the style dubbed “SJ Funky” and is characterized by autotuned vocals, electronica, African rhythms, and club beats. “Superman” Though not a title track, we thought we’d still include “Superman,” a song off the group’s 5th repackage album titled “A-Cha” in this list. With lyrics proudly proclaiming that Super Junior is “the last man standing” and nods to members they’ve lost over the years, their label SM, and ELFs, you could say that this is one of the group’s more personal releases. “Mamacita” “Mamacita” marked Super Junior’s 2014 comeback after a 2-year hiatus during which members Leeteuk and Heechul fulfilled their mandatory military service. This song was a collaboration between Yoo, Teddy Riley, and Jason J. Lopez and was described as “urban new jack swing track with an Indian percussion base and piano melody that is reminiscent of a DJ remix.” “Black Suit” Shortly after members Eunhyuk, Donghae, and Siwon’s discharge from the military in 2017, Super Junior ended their hiatus with “PLAY,” the group’s 8th studio album. In an episode of “SJ Returns,” a reality show about the group, it was revealed that the 6 active members then excluding Siwon picked “Black Suit” as the album’s title song over “Scene Stealer” through anonymous voting. “Lo Siento” Released in April this year as part of “REPLAY,” the repackage album of “PLAY,” “Lo Siento” featured American-Spanish singer Leslie Grace and US-based producer Play-N-Skillz. With this “trilingual dance track with tropical leanings,” Super Junior made yet another career milestone as they became the first K-pop act to debut on Billboard’s Latin Digital Song Sales chart 13 the same month. On June 30, Filipino ELFs will finally get to witness Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Eunhyuk, Donghae, and Siwon perform “Black Suit,” “Lo Siento,” and more of their hits during the Manila leg of SUPER SHOW 7 World Tour at the Mall of Asia Arena.
